We genuinely care about your oral health. Whether you have dental insurance or not, we don't want financial barriers preventing you and your family from receiving the dental care you need or desire. We work with you on insurance matters, and we also offer a number of great payment and financing options at Jones Family Dentistry.

Dental Insurance

Jones Family Dentistry in Tempe is an insurance-friendly office, and we will do everything we can to help you understand and make the most of your insurance benefits. Please bring your insurance card with you to each visit so that we can make sure our records stay current. As a courtesy to you, we will file and track all claims and provide postage for special claims. Please call us! We are happy to provide you with a good faith estimate of coverage. We do ask that you pay uninsured costs the day services are rendered.

We understand that dental insurance can be confusing. If you have questions, please call or come by our office today. We will be happy to help you make sense of your policy and its limitations.

Payment Options

Patients are asked to pay for services as they are provided. We accept cash, checks, debit cards, and most major credit cards, as well as flex plans and health savings account (HSA) monies. We also offer flexible financing options (see below) because we understand that monthly payments can help patients fit the costs of dental treatment into their budgets.

CareCredit is a financing program that allows us to offer you 12 months of low or interest-free payment plans. With CareCredit, you can finance 100% of your dental care with no up-front costs, no pre-payment penalties, and no annual fees. Scheduling

We strive to run on time so you won’t be kept waiting. We understand that you are busy, and your time is valuable to us! For your convenience, we offer appointments as early as 7am and as late 6pm so you won't have to miss school or work. We also offer convenient family block appointments so that you can get your family in together for great care, and then get right back to your schedule!

Once we have decided on a treatment plan and have worked out financial arrangements, we will do everything we can to proceed with your dental treatment on a schedule and a pace that works for you.
